The coal/biomass hot water boiler is composed of a furnace shell, a furnace, a flue, and a water interlayer. The fire tube hot water boiler assembly layout is as follows: the furnace is located at the lower part of the furnace shell; the lower end of the flue is connected to the upper end of the furnace; the water interlayer is located inside the furnace shell and between the furnace shell and the furnace and the fire tunnel. In addition, a water outlet and a water return are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the furnace shell, and a furnace mouth is installed beside the furnace shell in the middle of the furnace, and a smoke exhaust port is arranged at the top of the furnace shell. The flue consists of multiple and vertical spaces. The inner side of the water interlayer is coated with a layer of enamel.
Features
1.Horizontal coal/biomass hot boiler adopts three-return water-fire tube structure with longitudinal arrangement of single-drum tube. The industrial hot water boiler has high thermal efficiency and can effectively reduce the running cost.
2.The water-cooled wall tube is densely packed on both sides of the furnace. The design structure is reasonable and compact, with large heating area and long flow of flue gas. Good thermal effect and low exhaust gas temperature.
3.The horizontal coal/biomass hot boiler adopts special design, which can not only effectively prevent the bottom of the shell from being irradiated by the high temperature of the furnace, but also reduce the temperature of the smoke at the inlet of the tube sheet.
4.In the high efficiency hot water boiler, there is no dead water area at the bottom of the drum. This structure can prevent the fouling of the tube sheet due to excessive cooling. In addition, the flue gas that is burned is discharged from the smoke chamber, which can reduce the emission of pollutants.
5. Horizontal wall pipes are installed on the left and right sides of the horizontal coal fired hot water boiler, and a wing-shaped flue is formed. A threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum. The use of movable grate can effectively reduce the loss of coal.
6. The horizontal coal fired hot water boiler is equipped with a large enough inspection hole at the upper part. The personnel can enter the inside of the furnace body from the inspection hole, which is very convenient for the operator to carry out quality inspection and maintenance work.
7. The coal/biomass hot boiler body is compactly arranged, with small floor space and convenient transportation. The quick assembly mode is adopted, the installation period is short, the installation cost is low, and the user inputs less capital.
