WNS series commercial gas boiler is a fully automatic horizontal internal combustion three-return fast-loading boiler. It adopts a wet-back structure. The corrugated furnace is the first return stroke. The threaded cigarette tube constitutes the second return stroke, and the light smoke tube constitutes the third return trip. The commercial gas boiler is equipped with a complete automatic control device and safety protection device to realize automatic water level control and dangerous water level alarm and shutdown; steam pressure automatic control and overpressure alarm; boiler is also equipped with automatic ignition, burner fire automatic adjustment and flame out Protection to ensure the safe operation of commercial gas boiler.

High combustion efficiency
1. The commercial gas boiler adopts a three-return horizontal wet-back structure to effectively absorb thermal expansion and ensure boiler thermal efficiency.
2. Use a high heat transfer coefficient threaded pipe to enhance the convective heat transfer effect, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. The large-volume combustion chamber adopts the full corrugated furnace structure, which increases the heating area, has good disturbance, strengthens the heat transfer effect, and has high thermal efficiency.

1. The burner adopts international famous brand to make the fuel completely burn, the combustion efficiency is high, the harmful pollutants of the flue gas are few, and there is no noise operation.
2. Complete fuel valve group and protection system: Provide complete fuel valve sets and accessories from filters, pressure regulating valves, solenoid valves, etc. to ensure the safety of fuel combustion.

1. The commercial gas boiler coiling, drilling, bending and other processes all adopt automatic numerical control technology, which improves the reliability of the boiler and prolongs the service life of the boiler.

Easy maintenance
1. The commercial gas boiler is designed with observation holes, and the front and rear smoke box doors can be opened for easy inspection of the internal combustion of the boiler.
2. The user can adjust the combustion flame through the inspection passage and the fire hole, and the furnace is easy to inspect and maintain.
